Keyboard
Numeric
Input
Some
gliders
can
accept
numeric
input
from
the
keyboard
(
e.g.,
Holding).
These
have
associated
edit
boxes.
Double
‐
click
on
the
blue
text
to
display
the
edit
box.
Type
a
number
and
hit
<Enter>
or
click
on
another
control
to
apply
the
change.
If
the
control
has
the
focus
(
i.e.,
if
it
is
displayed
with
red
text)
you
can
type
a
number
without
double
‐
clicking
first.
Note:
Some
fields
shift
between
units
depending
on
the
value
displayed,
e
.g.,
the
Tuning
amplitude
field
displays
some
values
in
pA
and
others
in
nA.
When
typing
in
values
you
must
always
express
the
value
in
terms
of
the
smaller
unit.
You
can
cancel
an
editing
operation
and
dismiss
the
edit
box
leaving
the
glider
unchanged
by
hitting
the
<Esc>
key.
Glider
Menus
Some
gliders
cannot
accept
numeric
input
from
the
keyboard
(
e
.g.,
Seal
Test
frequency).
These
have
associated
popup
menus.
Double
‐
click
or
right
‐
click
to
display
the
popup
menu.
(Double
‐
click
always
displays
the
alternate
interface
regardless
of
the
type
of
glider.)
Click
on
the
desired
value
to
make
a
selection
and
dismiss
the
menu.
Auto
A
number
of
routine
instrument
adjustments
have
been
automated
in
the
Axoclamp
900A
Commander.
For

Bridge
Balance
