option
is

You
must
configure
the
delay
field
below
for
any
of
these
selections
and
configure
the
membrane
potential
threshold
field
if
you
have
selected
a
threshold
option.
Delay
Change
to
Voltage
Clamp
By
From
the
time
a
change
to
voltage
clamp
is
triggered
by
any
of
the
four
options
above,
you
can
delay
the
actual
change
by
up
to
500
ms
in
increments
of
2
ms.

For
either

two
membrane
potential
threshold
‐
crossing
options
above,
enter
the
potential
(±200
mV)
at
which
you
want
the
change
to
voltage
clamp
triggered.
Return
to
Current
Clamp
Select
a
means
to
return
to
current
clamp
following
a
change
to
voltage
clamp
made
with
one
of
the
options
above.
