User Guide for Axoclamp 900A
Physical “knobs and buttons” control of the Axoclamp 900A is still possible
with the SoftPanel, an optional hardware extension that provides an
alternative interface to Axoclamp 900A Commander.
With Commander, the Axoclamp 900A can telegraph a broadened range of
information to other applications, without the need for any cabling beyond
the USB port connection to your computer.

Axoclamp 900A Commander Interface Overview
The Axoclamp 900A Commander front panel is designed to resemble
hardware instrument controls. It is divided into five main sections:
Toolbar
Meters
Mode buttons
Mode tabs
Scaled Output tabs
The Axoclamp 900A Commander panel can be shrunk by dragging any
edge or corner. Scroll bars allow you to display the controls you are most
interested in when you have done this. Use the
Resize Window
tool button
to toggle between the full panel, Meters display, and the sizing you have
set.
Toolbar
The Toolbar contains all the program

specific functions in Axoclamp 900A
Commander. Resting your mouse over a toolbar button when the
Commander window is active displays a brief tool tip describing the
