Life display of the cooling fan
• When the cooling fan approaches the end of its life and a low rotation speed is detected for the cooling fan, the fan alarm
(FN) is displayed on the operation panel or the parameter unit. As an alarm display,

bit 2 is turned ON and also a
warning is output to the Y90 signal and Alarm (LF) signal.
• For the terminal used for the LF signal, set "98" (positive logic) or "198" (negative logic) in any of
Pr.190 to Pr.196 (Output
terminal function selection)

NOTE
• When the inverter is mounted with two ore more cooling fans, "FN" is displayed with one or more fans with speed of 50% or
less.
• Changing the terminal assignment using
Pr.190 to Pr.196 (Output terminal function selection)
may affect the other
functions. Set parameters after confirming the function of each terminal.
• For replacement of each part, contact the nearest Mitsubishi Electric FA center.
