Error Code List
The following shows the list of error codes.
iQ Sensor Solution-related errors
Error code
Error and cause
Corrective action
0050H
A code other than the predefined one is set to the command/
response type of the subheader.
• Check the command data of the MC protocol, etc.
• Execute again. If the same error code is displayed, please
contact your local Mitsubishi representative.
4002H
An unsupported request was executed.
• Check the command data of SLMP/MC protocol, etc.
• Check the CPU module model name selected with the
engineering tool.
• Execute again. If the same error code is displayed, please
contact your local Mitsubishi representative.
414AH
Operation was performed to Intelligent function module or a network
module outside of a control group in a multiple CPU system.
Retry the operation from a control CPU module of target module.
41FEH
• An SD memory card is not inserted.
• The SD memory card is disabled.
• The SD memory card is disabled by SM606 (SD memory card
forced disable instruction).
When using CPU Module Logging Configuration Tool
• Data logging was started any of the following cases in which no
SD memory card is inserted, 'CARD READY.LED' is not turned ON
in green, or when the SD memory card is forcibly disabled.
• Insert an SD memory card.
• Remove the SD memory card, and insert it again.
• Cancel the SD memory card forced disable instruction.
4800H
The specified command could not be executed because the iQ
Sensor Solution function (data backup/restoration) is processing.
Terminate the iQ Sensor Solution function (data backup/restoration)
and retry.
4801H
• The target module for the iQ Sensor Solution function (data
backup/restoration) does not exist.
• The backup folder specified when the restoration request has
been issued for the iQ Sensor Solution function (data backup/
restoration) does not exist.
• The value which has been set to the special register (SD) for the
iQ Sensor Solution function (data backup/restoration) is out of the
range.
• Review the setting value of the special register (SD) and retry.
• Check if the backup data created by a MELSEC iQ-R series
module is specified. (When backup/restoration is performed with
MELSEC iQ-R series.)
4802H
The number of backup folders for the iQ Sensor Solution function
(data backup/restoration) have reached to the upper limit.
• Delete the backup folder and retry.
• Set "Automatic specification (Folder deletion supported)" to the
target folder for the setting of the number of the backup folder
name to delete the oldest folder automatically.
4802H to 4804H
The system file does not exist in the specified backup data, or it is
collapsed.
• Specify other backup data.
• Set the automatic specification (folder deletion supported) as a
target folder in the setting of the number of a backup folder name.
4805H
At the data backup for the iQ Sensor Solution function (data backup/
restoration), the target device does not exist.
Review the setting value of the special register (SD) and retry.
4806H
• The SD memory card was removed while the function is
processing.
• An SD memory card is not inserted.
• The SD memory card is disabled by SM606 (SD memory card
forced disable instruction).
• Do not remove the SD memory card while the function is
processing.
• Insert or re-insert an SD memory card, and perform the function
again.
• Enable the SD memory card operation, and perform the function
again.
4807H
The communication could not be performed with the target device
when performing the iQ Sensor Solution function (data backup/
restoration).
• Check the operation of the target device.
• Check the connection status between the device and the cable,
hub, and router.
• Since the communication may be busy, wait for a while and retry.
4808H
• At the data restoration for the iQ Sensor Solution function (data
backup/restoration), the device supporting iQSS of the specified
backup data and the one as data restoration target are not
inconsistent.
• The CPU module is not supported by the CC-Link-
AnyWireASLINK bridge module.
• Check the devices supporting iQSS (manufacturer, model name,
version) of the specified backup data and the restoration target.
• Replace the module to the CPU module which is supported by
the CC-Link
AnyWireASLINK bridge module.
4809H
The function was performed for the module which is not supported
by the iQ Sensor Solution function (data backup/restoration).
• Replace the module to the module which is supported by the iQ
Sensor Solution function (data backup/restoration).
• Perform the function for the module which is supported by the iQ
Sensor Solution function (data backup/restoration).
