After performing the operation or specifying the setting for the function, 
continue touching [Enter] to return to the Utility screen, and then touch 
[Exit] to return to the standby screen (initial screen).

Specifying the Date and Time

Before using the copier, be sure to specify the date and time.

This is required in order to send e-mail messages at a specified time or to 
record the correct time in reports.
