Adjustment Procedure

Adjust so that the amount of skew on the copy of the test
chart falls within the following range.

1. Place the test chart as shown on the left with reference to

the Original Scale reference position and lower the EDH.

2. Make a full-size copy using A3 paper.
3. Check that skew on the copy of the test chart falls within

the specified range. If it is outside the range, follow these
steps to make an adjustment.

4. Remove two screws and the Left Upper Cover.
5. Loosen the two screws on the left side of the control panel

and remove one screw on the upper left of the control
panel.

7. Remove two screws and the Left Top Frame.
