9) Replacement of the Web Pressure Roller

Replacement

1. Free the Lower Fusing Roller Thermistor.
2. Unplug one connector, remove the rubber stopper, and

slide out the shaft to remove the Lower Fusing Roller
Thermistor.

1. Remove the Fusing Unit. Remove the Web Roller Assy

from the Fusing Unit.

2. Remove one screw each from the Web Roller bushing and

Web Take-Up Roller bushing.

3. Remove the Web Roller and Web Take-Up Roller.

When the Web Roller has been removed, clear Web-
Count of Consumables Counter available from Tech.
Rep. mode.

NOTE

2. Remove the pressure springs at the front and rear.
