Supplementary Batch (discharge) mode
Supplementary batch (discharge) is a function to turn on the ine low automatically in a
ixed time, when the batch (discharge) weight becomes short in the Sequential batch
(discharge) mode.
The maximum times of supplementary low is set in the sequence control setting (refer to
Chapter
).
The time of supplementary low and the waiting time after the supplementary low for
each brand (product) is set (refer to Chapter

Operating explanation

When the start signal is input, Full low, Medium low and Dribble low turns ON.
Moreover, tare weight cancellation is provided with the input of start signal with the
setting at the same time.

The output of full low turns of when net weight becomes the value of –[FINAL – SET
WEIGHT (FULL FLOW)] or the time of [Passing from the time for start weighing to
completion time of full low].

The output of medium low turns of when net weight becomes the valule of –[FINAL
– SET WEGHT (MEDIUM FLOW)] or the time of [Passing from the completion time for
full low to completion time of medium low].

When the net weight becomes [Final – Set weight(Dribble low)], then the output of
Dribble low turns OFF.

After completing the Dribble low, the supplementary low starts when UNDER signal
is output in stable time. The time of this supplementary low becomes the set time for
each bland.
