ow to remove and replace the blade

nscrew the blade access cap (

ush the blade towards the access hole (

ull the blade upwards (

o replace the blade, follow the previous steps in reverse.

ow to remove and replace the lid

ift the lid all the way (90°) and push back on lid until it’s released from the
pin (

o replace the lid, reverse the previous step.

ow to attach and remove accessories

nsert the accessory into the hexagonal hole on the side of the machine.

otate the accessory 30° until it is fully seated (

ig. 18).

A
lways unplug the power cord before cleaning or performing maintenance.

ever wash the machine and accessories with water or in the dishwasher.

o clean the machine after use, use a brush and a toothpick or wooden
skewer (

storing the pasta (for 1 month at the most), you can use the handy

asta dries in about 5-6 hours, depending on temperature and humidity, and
can be stored in suitable kitchen containers.
