open is required.
FRESH PASTA RECIPE
* 2 ¾ cups (500 g) soft wheat flour
* 4 whole eggs
* a small amount of water
For a better-tasting pasta, use a mixture that is
half soft wheat flour and half durum wheat
flour (semolina).
ATTENTION
:
The volume of eggs and water
must not exceed 8.5 fl. oz. (250 ml).
HOW TO PREPARE THE MACHINE FOR USE

efore using the machine for the first time, clean all parts with a damp cloth.

o clean the rollers, feed a small amount of pasta dough through
the rollers; throw the dough away when done.
