HOW TO MAKE PASTA SHEETS AND PASTA
USING THE PASTA MIXER
C
ut the dough you’ve made into 4-5 pieces (

A
ttach the smooth roller accessory to the machine.
S
et the selector to 0 by
pulling it out and rotating it, so that the rollers are fully open (
F
ig. 8).
F
eed one of the dough pieces through the rollers (
F
ig. 9).
R
epeat this step 5-6 times, folding the pasta sheet each time and, if
necessary, adding more flour (
F
ig. 10/11).

ut the finished sheet into 10 in. (25 cm) lengths (
F
ig. 12).
A
ttach the selected cutting accessory and start feeding the sheet through
the rollers to form the desired pasta (
F
ig. 13).
N
ote 1:
I
f the rollers are not able to cut, it means that the sheet of pasta is
too soft. In this case, we recommend kneading the dough with your hands,
adding some flour, and feeding it through the smooth rollers again.
N
ote 2:
I
f the sheet of pasta is too dry and is not “gripped” by the cutting
rollers, we recommend kneading the dough by hand and adding some water.

eed the dough through the smooth rollers again.
HOW TO PREPARE DOUGH
M
easure out the ingredients according to your recipe (

ig. 2).
O
pen the machine lid and pour the ingredients into the mixer bowl (

ig. 3).
M
ake sure the blade access cap is closed and left red led is off.
C
lose lid and turn on the machine by pressing the
O
n/
O
ff switch (
F
ig. 4).
A
fter about 3 minutes, you should have a smooth and firm dough.
O
pen the
lid to remove the dough (
F
ig. 5).
T
o remove dough more easily (
F
ig. 6), stop the machine when the dough is
in the upper part of the tray by pressing the
P
ulse button.
