Rebooting the PSAX System
After you have copied your database configuration files from the computer
workstation on which you have your backup configuration stored, you must
reboot (reinitialize) the PSAX system chassis, so all components are synchro-
nized. To reboot the PSAX system, perform the steps in the following proce-
dure.

Steps to Reboot the PSAX System

Redisplay the Console Interface Main Menu window by pressing Ctrl+G
from any window.

On the Console Interface Main Menu window, select the Diagnostics
option.
The Diagnostics Menu window is displayed.

On the Diagnostics Menu window, select the Reboot Hardware Com-
ponents command.
The Remote Reboot Configuration window is displayed.

On the Remote Reboot Configuration window, select the Reboot
Chassis
command.
This command reboots the primary and standby (redundant) CPUn mod-
ules, and all I/O and server modules in the PSAX system.
