NOTICE
The ’Check password’ button can be used to check the validity of the password.
Changing the level 1 password
Instead of the factory setting, an individual password can be defined for customer level 1.
NOTICE
The parameters of release level 1 must be protected by a password against unauthorised
changes. This password must differ to the default settings.

Changing the level 1 password
1. Select the ’Change level 1 password’ menu option.
A window opens for entering the new password.
2. Enter the password in the top field.
3. Enter the password again in the field below and click the ’Write to device’ button.
The password for access level 1 has now been changed and the window closes.
NOTICE
Make a note of the new password for future access to operating level 1.
