6.7 Updating the HRSoft program
The number of the installed HRSoft version can be found in the program informa-
tion window.
a) Call it up via the Ersa icon button in the top right corner.
b) Make sure that the same Windows user is used as the one the previous version
was installed with. You must be logged in as an administrator.
c) Uninstall the HRSoft program.
d) Install the new HRSoft version.
If, after the update, no connection to the database is possible, set up the database
access as described in Chapter Database assistant [
}
95].
