6.3 Switching on the HR 600/2 and starting HRSoft

The HR 600/2 can be switched on as follows:
a) Switching on the PC
b) Switching on the HR 600/2 unit via the main switch [22]
c) Starting the HRSoft program on the PC by double-clicking on the HRSoft icon on
the desktop
ð
A message appears. Make sure that the travel paths of all axles are clear.
Pay particular attention to the thermocouples or PCBs within the range of
motion.
d) Click on [OK] .
e) Wait until the HR 600/2 has performed its own self-diagnoses and has been
referenced.
ð
The head will remain in the start position and the HR 600/2 will be ready
for operation.
