Working with the HR 600/2 unit
6.5.3.2.2 Enabling a profile template
Some [Template profiles] are deposited in the factory. These templates already
contain useful settings for the most common rework processes. You can choose a
template, customize it to your needs, as well as rename and save it. To do this, first
select a template and then save it in your own [Profile library].
To learn how to adjust a profile to your own process, please refer to the chapter
Customizing a profile [
} 107] and its subchapters.
The database directory [Library]:
Under the [Library] tab, the profile database is displayed as a directory tree. As a
standard user you will only see your user directory. As a power user you will have
access to all directories and profiles.
Via the context menu of the right mouse button, you can create further sub-direct-
ories (containers) or delete directories. If a directory is deleted, all its profiles are
permanently deleted. The context menu also offers the opportunity to rename, cut
and paste directories. The functions of the context menu cannot however be ap-
plied to user directories that have been created automatically by the system.
As a [Standard user] you cannot edit profiles.
To select a profile template and save it as your own profile:
a) In the function selection field, enable the tab [Profile library].

b) Enable the [Common settings] tab.
c) A tabular [Profile library] will appear. When delivered, the table is empty.
d) Click on the [Search for profiles] button in the [Show template profiles] frame.
