Stiff control of the pick-and-place nozzle
8.1 Stiff control of the pick-and-place nozzle
If this error occurs, the control of the pick-and-place nozzle needs to be cleaned.
With regard to this, please read section Cleaning the control of the pick-and-place
nozzle [
8.2 Pin pad overlay incorrect
If the pad and pin displays are not the same size in the overlay, the overlay cannot
be matched. With regard to this, please read Chapter Performing the positioning
process [
8.3 Contours are not correctly recognized
If image contours cannot be properly detected, optimising the workstation lighting
can be a remedy. If the workstation lighting is too bright, it can interfere with the
proper function of the cameras! Also avoid direct illumination of the glass plate
with bright light. Clean the glass plate if dirty. For more information, please refer to
Chapter Cleaning the glass plate. [
8.4 Positions are approached improperly

If the heating head does not move to the specified position, reference the axles
and cameras through:
a) End HRSoft. Use the main switch to turn off the HR 600/2 unit.
b) Wait 10 seconds. Use the main switch to turn on the HR 600/2 unit.
c) Start HRSoft.

d) Click on the [OK] button.

Cameras and axles have been referenced. Keep the travel way of the axes
free.
e) Wait until referencing is over. Referencing can take up to 30 seconds.
