The work area [soldering]
If [Soldering] is enabled in the functional area, the visual displays and buttons for
the soldering process will appear in the work area. In the display window, the [On-
line-HR 600] window and the [Start] tab will appear automatically.
Shows the current temperature in [°C] of the sensor that regulates the profile tem-
perature. You can select the thermocouples and sensors in the soldering profile
(standard = TE1). If the value [0.0 °C] is displayed, there is no thermocouple con-
nected to TC1 or TC2 sockets. With respect to this, please read the chapter Profiles
[
– [Start or stop soldering process ]: Starts or stops the soldering process immedi-
ately, or interrupts a soldering process started in the automation bar. The sol-
dering profile settings of the last profile chosen are used. These profile settings
are displayed in the [Actual parameters] parameter window. Keep the travel
path of the axles clear!
During the soldering process, the button is displayed as a [Stop soldering pro-
cess] stop button. It terminates the soldering and desoldering process. The
component is stored or the head moves to the parking position. With respect
to this, please read the chapter Profiles [
102].
– [Start or stop desoldering process]: Starts or stops the soldering process imme-
diately, or interrupts a desoldering process started in the automation bar. The
soldering profile settings of the last profile chosen are used. These profile set-
tings are displayed in the [Actual parameters] parameter window. Keep the
