To insert the circuit board:
a) Activate the tab [Start] in the menu bar.
b) In the work area, click on the button.
ð
The heads will move to the park position. Keep the travel path of the axles
clear!
c) Loosen all six knurled screws (1) and (3).
d) Adjust the position of the PCB terminals (5) to the PCB size and tighten the four
knurled screws (3).
e) Open the PCB terminals with the knurled screws (4).
f) Insert the PCB and use the rails (2) to grip it.
g) Clamp the PCB with the knurled screws (4).
h) Slide the fixed PCB to the middle of the insert frame:
i) Retighten the two knurled screws (1).
To adjust the pipette size to the component:
Select the largest possible pipette for the component.

If necessary, replace the pipette:
a) Wait until the soldering head has cooled down.
b) In the function selection field, enable the tab [Placement].
ð
The [Placement] work area is displayed:
c) Use the arrow buttons with the key combination [Ctrl] + [Arrow key] to move
the pipette into a suitable maintenance position.
d) Click on the [Move pipette down] button.
