Setting up the PC
c) Select the [uEye USV camera] device and right-click to launch [Update driver
software].
d) In the next window, click on [Browse my computer for driver software].
e) In the next window, enable the [Include subfolders] checkbox and click on
[Browse].
f) Navigate to folder “C: \ Ersa Data \ Software \ Drivers \ uEye USB camera
driver.“
g) Select the 32-bit driver “yEye-Full-xxxx-32bit-WHQL” only if you are using an
older 32-bit based PC. Otherwise select the 64-bit driver.
h) Click on [OK].
i) If a query appears, select : [Drivers only].

The driver has been installed.
Connecting and switching on the HR 600/2 unit
a) Connect the PC with the supplied USB cable to the HR 600/2 unit. With regard
to this, please also read Chapter Connecting the Rework System [
37].
b) Use the main switch to turn on the HR 600/2 unit. With regard to this, please
also read Chapter Overview of the machine parts [

A number of device drivers are automatically installed on the PC. The
[HR600-0XXX] removable data carrier appears as a drive in Windows Explorer.
Number 0XXX corresponds to the HR 600 serial number.
Disabling the Active Management Technology
a) Click on the Windows button on the bottom left of the screen.
b) Now enter: “Devices.” [Device manager] will be shown in a list. Click on this.

The Device manager will open.
c) Open the [Ports (COM & LPT)] line.
d) Under it, select [Intel(R) Active Management Techlology - SOL] and right-click
to launch [deactivate].
Manually installing the FTDI/HR600 USB driver
Under [USB Controller], the [FTDI USB driver] shows an exclamation mark. For this
device, install the driver manually.
To install the FTDI USB driver:
a) Select the [FTDI USB driver] and right-click to launch [Update driver software].
b) In the next window, click on [Browse my computer for driver software].
c) In the next window, enable the [Include subfolders] checkbox and click on
[Browse].
d) Navigate to folder “C: \ Ersa Data \ Software \ Drivers \ FTDI USB driver Rework
Systems.“
e) Click on [OK].

The driver has been installed and the exclamation mark in Device manager dis-
appears.
a) If more exclamation marks are visible in Device manager, also install the drivers
for them.
Transferring calibration data
Calibration data must be copied from the HR 600 data carrier to the PC hard disk:
