Overload Indication
When the overload indicator is displayed, any traces or numerical measurements appear-
ing on the display are not considered to be reliable. Even if a trace or numerical meas-
urement appears to be within the bounds of the allowable input range for a given
configuration, the instrument may not be providing accurate measurements when the
overload indicator is displayed due to the recovery time required for the measurement
hardware after certain overload events.
Operating Conditions
Never use the instrument outside of the specified operating conditions described in the
‘Environment’ section of the specifications. Never apply signals to measurement inputs
or apply AC power to the instrument in a condensing environment.
Measurement Limits
To avoid instrument damage and the risk of electric shock, do not exceed any of the
Measurement Limits defined in the following section.
Measurement Limits
This is a sensitive measurement apparatus by design and may have some performance
loss when exposed to ambient continuous electromagnetic phenomenon.
