Web Interface
When the instrument is on the LAN, you can use its built-in Web server to:
– View information such as model number, serial number, host name, IP address,
and VISA (address) connect string.
– Control the instrument using the Remote Front Panel.
– Capture screen images from the browser.
– Identify an instrument via a displayed message or a blinking front-panel light.
– Print any page in the Web interface from the Print Page tab.
– Save files to your PC and recall files from your PC to your power analyzer.
The Web interface provides help for each of its pages. Microsoft Internet Explorer is
recommended for running the Web interface, and other Java-enabled browsers may also work.
To access the Web interface
1.
Connect the instrument to your LAN or connect directly to your PC (see
).

Type the instrument's hostname or IP address into the Web browser's address bar. The
Welcome Page appears.
