Hardware self test
Press
[Utility] > Service > Hardware Self Test
to perform a series of internal procedures that
verify proper instrument operation.
You should run Hardware Self Test after experiencing abnormal operation, for diagnostic
information, or to verify proper operation after a repair.
A successful Hardware Self Test provides an 80% confidence level that the instrument is
operating properly.
