Details
Set this attribute to the event ID of any trigger event generator to wait for that event.
Set this attribute to zero to bypass waiting for events at the arm event detector (the SMU continues uninterrupted
through the remote trigger model). Set
eventID
to one of the existing trigger event IDs shown in the following
table.
