In "

Semi-automatic

" mode, the machine operates 

when there is a sheet in the machine. The dough 
sensor detects the first cookie and the machine 
continuously loads the baking sheet until it is 
completely loaded and then stops. This mode is 
shown on the right.

The following settings can be made in this mode:
