2) Forming roller adapters for K400/K450/K580 forming
rollers of the K series have adapters with a continuous
stabilising rod on both sides.
This rod must not be removed under any circumstances
and must have an accurate form fit in the forming roller
adapters!
If this is not the case, a new F-series forming roller
should be created.
Caution:
Under no circumstances should you try to readjust the
knife shaft in this case! These extreme irregularities of
the pastry shaping cannot be compensated by adjusting
the knife shaft!
By adjusting the bearings of the knife shaft in the
extreme range, the bearings can be extremely stressed
and also destroyed (the machine produces very loud
noises)
