Mandatory activity:
The knife shaft of the knife must be adjusted by means of
the lateral bearing adjustment so that the knife cuts
parallel to the dough mantle of the kneading roller.
The left bearing (

) of the knife shaft is fixed, the right
bearing (
R
) of the knife shaft can be shifted in position to a
small extent so that the knife shaft can be aligned parallel
to the dough mantle of the kneading roller.
