4) Establish the setting in I/O Parameter No. 530 , 532.
The setting value should be the number of position data points for one axis. Set a number of
points with enough margin.
However, the maximum number of available position data points differs depending on the
setting in I/O Parameter No. 531. Refer to the table below and establish the setting not to
exceed the maximum values. Set the value in I/O Parameter No. 532 same as that in No.
530.
