This parameter sets the actuator movement speed when the VLMX speed is specified (VLMX
command execution) in a SEL program (unit: mm/sec). VLMX speed = maximum speed.
However, if the VLMX speed exceeds the maximum speed (output channel parameter No. 12),
the speed is limited by the maximum speed.
