Indicate the status of which axis should be assigned the extension input port.
Make the axis to be assigned to the port to 1, and make the one not to be assigned to 0 and
express in the bit pattern, and convert it into hexadecimal numbers to set it in. The relation
between each bit and each data is as shown below. Also, when all from bit 0 to 31 are set 0,
this feature will become invalid.
