Phenomenon
Cause/Action
Error No. 5B7 “Electronic Cam Table Size
Unmatched Error” occurs
[Detail and Cause]
The size of the electronic cam table assigned in the parameter
does not match with the actual electronic cam table size. It
occurs when a change is made to the setting in Common
parameter No. 2 “Electronic Cam table Area Assignment”.
[Countermeasure]
Reboot the controller after executing the flash ROM writing for
the electronic cam table data.
Please contact us if the error cannot be solved even after the
reboot.
* The electronic cam table data will be initialized if this error
occurs.
Error No. 5B8 “Extension Motion Control
Position Data Setting Error” occurs
[Content and cause]
There is an error in position data setting for the extension
motion control.
[Countermeasure]
Check in I/O Parameter No. 530, 531 and 532.
Alarm 080 “Movement Command in
Servo-off” occurs on the RC controller.
[Content and cause]
In case of an alarm occurred on the RC controller, the RC
controller may turn the servo off spontaneously before the
XSEL controller stops the operation command.
In such a case, the movement command gets received from
the XSEL after the RC controller completing to turn the servo
off, which causes the phenomenon on the left.
[Countermeasure]
There is no way to avoid this phenomenon fundamentally.
Check the alarm code generated before Alarm Code 080, and
then take a counteraction.
Please contact IAI if there is no alarm except for this alarm can
be found in the RC controller, and this problem occurs often.
Error No. D8B “Axis Feature Definition
Parameter Error” occurs
[Content and cause]
There is an error in the parameter settings of the axis feature
definition (such as wrist unit). Followings can be concerned as
a cause.
• Wrong feature type
• Number of set units exceeded number to be supported
• Duplication or not enough in
axis order definition (such as
B and T-axes)
• Axis number that T-axis was set to is larger than axis
number that B-axis was set
[Countermeasure]
Check if there is any error in the setting in Extension Motion
Control Each Axis Parameter No. 23.
