Check the
evaporator.

evaporator
surface.
Remove foreign matter.
Check the
refrigerant pipe.
The refrigerant
pipe does not
leak, is not
corroded, and
is properly
wrapped with
thermal
insulation
foam.
Repair the refrigerant pipe and wrap
thermal insulation foam.
The refrigerant
pipe support is
secure and
intact.
Replace the support and tighten the
new support by following
instructions in the air conditioner
user manual.

Check air filters.
No dust is
accumulated
on air filters.
Clean dust from the air filters using
a brush or vacuum cleaner.
The air filters
are not
damaged or
misshapen.
Replace the air filters by following
instructions in the air conditioner
user manual. It is recommended that
an air filter be replaced once every
six months.
Listen to the
compressor
operating sound.
The
compressor
generates no
abnormal
sound, such as
metal friction
sound.
1.
Gently shake the compressor and
touch the four anchor bolts to
check whether they are loose. If
they are loose, tighten them
using a 13# solid wrench.

If the problem persists, contact
Huawei technical support.
Start the air
conditioner and
observe the oil
sight glass.
The oil level is
steadily above
the 1/3 line in
the oil sight
glass, and the
glass is not
covered by
dense white
bubbles.
Add refrigerant oil. Contact Huawei
technical support.
Check the interior
of the humidifier
cylinder.
The interior is
free from
scale.
Replace the humidifier cylinder by
following instructions in the air
conditioner user manual.
