Connect the input cables with the two power cables of the spare fire alarm bell (polar
insensitive).

Step 4

Install the new fire alarm bell.

Step 5

Check whether the new fire alarm bell is working properly.

Simulate a scenario to trigger the smoke or heat detector. If the fire alarm bell rings, it is working
properly.

Follow-up Procedure

Dispose of the removed fire alarm bell that is confirmed faulty.
