After a site joins the
conference, the number of
present sites is smaller than
the number of panes in the
current continuous presence
mode.

The site will search for an empty pane on the screen clockwise
and then fill in the pane.
For example, in 1+3 continuous presence mode, the positions
indicated by ① and ① have been occupied by the videos of two
sites and those indicated by ① and ① are empty. Then after a
site joins the conference, the video of the site is preferentially
displayed in the position indicated by ①. In this case, the videos
of the three sites are displayed in the positions indicated by ①,
①, and ① and a black screen is displayed in the position
indicated by ①.

A site exits the conference.

l

If no remote site exists after the site exits the conference,
the conference will end automatically and the automatic
continuous presence mode will be exited.

l

If at least two sites exist after the site exits the conference,
a black screen will replace the pane for the site.

l

If after a site exits the conference, the number of the existing
sites is equal to or smaller than the number of the panes for
the continuous presence mode preceding the current one in

, the continuous presence mode will be changed

as follows:
In 1+5 mode, if, after the site exits the conference, the
number of existing sites is four (equal to the number of the
panes for the 1+3 mode), the continuous presence mode
changes to the 1+3 mode.
In 1+7 mode, if, after the site exits the conference, the
number of existing sites is seven (larger than the number of
the panes for the 1+5 mode), the continuous presence mode
will not change and a blank screen will replace the pane for
the site.
