After a conference is initiated, the remote sites view the video of the local site before the
presentation.

l

During the layout switch in continuous presence mode, the remote sites can always view
the video of the local site.

To select a video source, perform the following operations:

Press

. Follow the relevant instructions to select a desired video source from multiple video

output interfaces.

To select a presentation source, perform the following operations:

After a conference starts, select

from the option bar. From the

screen, select a video input interface as the local presentation source.

NOTE

During an H.239 dual-stream conference, you can change the video and presentation sources.

Choosing Output Destinations

During an H.239 dual-stream conference, if local video and presentation and remote video and
presentation exist simultaneously and if multiple monitors are used at the local site, you can set
the output interfaces for the videos and presentations as required.

5.5.3 Enabling the H.239 Mode

After enabling the H.239 mode, the video and the presentation can be sent simultaneously during
a conference.

used when the presentation carries videos.

mode, only one site can share a presentation at a time.

During a conference in

Live

mode, multiple sites can share presentations simultaneously.

5.5.4 Sharing a Presentation

A computer can be connected to the terminal to share files stored in the computer. When you
are sharing files on the computer, the remote sites can view your video and the desktop contents
of the computer.

Prerequisites

The video source of the presentation has been configured, and the presentation parameters have
been set.
