Select an entry, and then perform the following operations:

If the selected entry is a site, press

or on the remote control to initiate a two-party

conference.

If the selected entry is a conference, press

or on the remote control twice

consecutively to initiate a multi-party conference.

to delete the entry.

5.1.3 Initiating a Conference from the Address Book Screen

You can initiate a conference by defining the sites that will join the conference and setting
conference parameters on the address book screen.

Context

From the

Address Book

screen, select sites using one of the following three methods:

Select sites from the address book screen.

If a network address book has been configured on the FTPS server, select

Update

download the network address book to the local address book, and then select desired sites.

If a network address book has been configured on a Lightweight Directory Access Protocol
(LDAP) server, select

LDAP Address Book

, and then search for and select desired sites

from the

LDAP Address Book

screen.
