This section describes common problems encountered when using the terminal and describes
their relevant solutions.

To use certain solutions described in this section, you need to access the 

Settings

Diagnostics

 screens. If you have set an administrator password and encrypted the

Diagnostics

 screen according to section 

9.2.1 Setting the Administrator Password
