Replacing the wiper rubber of the cleaner.
The wiper of the cleaner is made of silicone rubber. If the number of times of cleaning
operations increases, a wiper will gradually change shape. Replace the wiper.
As a rule, wipers should be replaced once a year for an automatic cleaner.
Stop sampling, and remove the cleaner.
1.
Loosen the setscrew securing the wiper support.
2.
Turn the wiper support to the left, and replace the wiper.
3.
Attach a new wiper, and turn the wiper support until it stops.
4.
Lightly tighten the setscrew to prevent the wiper support from coming loose.

The deterioration of a wiper varies with samples. Replace wipers, if necessary.

Do not tighten a setscrew too tightly.
