Zero
Zero calibration
The current
measured value
blinks.The value
displayed when the
ENT key was
pressed is set to
zero.
Pour zero water into the
detector. At this time, if dirt
in the accumulated water
will impact the calibration,
wait for the zero water to
become stable while running
the zero water.
After indications have
become stable, press the
ENT key and complete zero
calibration by targeting at as
low a value as possible.
Span
Span calibration
Adjust the current
value to the turbidity
of the standard
solution.
The measured value of the
span calibration liquid is
displayed, and a coefficient
is displayed on the sub-
display part.
(Coefficient’s default value:
1.0000)
The coefficient of the
auxiliary indicator
blinks. It can be
adjusted with the

key. A measured
value changes in
proportion to a
coefficient.
Adjust a coefficient so that it
takes on the value of the
turbidity standard that was
poured into the detector.
Or, adjust a coefficient so
that it takes on the value of
the already tested span
calibration bottle.
Indications will become
stable within 1 minute after
the span calibration liquid is
poured into the detector. As
a rule, press the ENT key 1
to 3 min later.
