Installation environment
To ensure the stable use of the HU-200TB SS-120 condition, install the HU-200TB SS-120 in
a location that meets the following requirements.

Instrument mainframe
z
The location should be well ventilated to prevent build-up of moisture.
z
The ambient temperature should be between
−
20
°
C and 55
°
C.
z
The HU-200TB SS-120 should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
z
The HU-200TB SS-120 should not be exposed to direct high radiation heat.
z
The relative humidity should be 90% or lower.
z
The HU-200TB SS-120 should not be exposed to splashed water or chemical agent.
z
The mechanical vibration in the location should be minimal.
z
The location should have adequate space to allow maintenance and wire connecting
work.
z
The location should be free from dust and corrosive gas.
z
The location should be minimally affected by an electromagnetic fields.
z
The altitude should be no more than 2000 m.
z
The range of fluctuations in supply voltage should be within 100 V to 240 V AC
±
10%.

Detector
z
The location should have adequate space to allow for checking and maintenance of the
detector.
z
Spilled water should not adversely affect the location.
z
Utilities should be made available for zero water.
z
Measured liquids should be those that will not damage the portion of the detector that
comes into contact with the liquid.
z
Sample must not freeze.
z
For an automatic cleaner, a 5 m cable can be connected between the automatic cleaner
and the converter.
Note
If measurements are made without depressurizing a pressurized sample, water may leak from the
pressure releasing hole. This is not an abnormality.
