4) Empty the cup and wash with water (lukewarm water) and mild neutral soap
before reinserting. The menstrual cup should be rinsed thoroughly to prevent
bad odors.
5) Reinsert the clean cup, wash your hands again and you will be protected up
to 12 hours.
At the end of your cycle:
At the end of your cycle, your menstrual cup should be sterilized in boiling
water and kept in it´s bag. Do not store in airtight containers or plastic bags. If
you wish, you can sterilize it whenever you want, you can even sterilize it
during your cycle, although it is not necessary.
