2) and 3) Fold your cup 2 times upon itself, (U-shaped) and the cup can be
inserted into the vagina, like a tampon. Hold it firmly with your hand to keep it
bent, and wet it with water or apply a water-based lubricant to make insertion
easier.
4) With the other hand, separates the lips of your vagina carefully. First insert
the edge of the menstrual cup into your vagina.
5) The vagina is tilted backwards, so if you move the menstrual cup to the
bottom of the back and move up and down you will find the correct position.
Once the cup is inserted, it will open to collect menstrual fluid. In the correct
position, there will be no leakage of liquid and you don't feel it in your body.
The menstrual cup, unlike tampons, is placed in the lower part of the vagina,
but not so low that the handle of the menstrual cup will bother you. The handle
of the cup should be within the vagina. If you think necessary, you can cut a
little portion of the handle, but be careful not to damage the bottom of the cup.
6) To ensure that the menstrual cup has opened properly and prevent leaks, try
to rotate it gently, rotating it by the handle or the base. If your cup is correctly
inserted, it will be difficult to turn. You can also check if it is completely open
