Run Test
. The server begins the Self Test, checking each step of the process as it
completes successfully.
Important
When the Self Test is actively running, do not stop the server DICOM or
Processing services. If you do, the Self Test result will stay in the ‘In Progress’
state until you restart the system.
There are five possible results (or states) for the Self Test functions:
•
Unknown
– The initial state where Self Test has never been run on the system.
•
In Progress
– The Self Test is actively running.
•
OK
– The Self Test passed for the function.
•
Failed
– The Self Test failed for the function.
•
No License/Disabled
– The function is not licensed or is disabled on the system.
After running the Self Test, expect to see the result as
OK
for DICOM Input, Case
Assembly, Scheduler, and DICOM Output functions. If other results appear for these
functions, the system needs to be investigated.
For DigitalNow HD Processing, Detect Calc, Detect Mass, Quantra, Breast Arterial
Calcium, Case Processing, and Tomosynthesis Detect Calc functions, expect to see the
result as
OK
if the feature is licensed and enabled; or
No Licensed/Disabled
if the
feature is not licensed or is disabled in the configuration page. If the result is
Failed
, re-
run the Self Test. If
Failed
appears again, the system needs to be investigated.
For the various Self Test functions,
OK
has the following meanings:
•
DICOM Input – OK
. The server is receiving DICOM images correctly.
•
Case Assembly – OK
. The server is able to create a ‘case’ from input images for
processing after the configured case timeout elapses.
•
Scheduler – OK
. The server correctly launches an application to process the images
in the case.
•
DigitalNow HD Processing – OK
. The server was able to process the images using
the licensed application.
•
Detect Calc – OK
. The server was able to process the images using the licensed
application.
•
Detect Mass – OK
. The server was able to process the images using the licensed
application.
•
Quantra – OK
. The server was able to process the images using the licensed
application.
•
Breast Arterial Calcium – OK
. The server was able to process the images using the
licensed application.
•
Case Processing – OK
. The system is configured with the Detect Calc/Detect Mass
bundle. (Case Processing is part of this bundle.) The server was also able to correctly
