Configuring Processing – Biomarkers
Use the Processing – Biomarkers screen to specify processing settings for the Quantra
application. The settings must be determined through consultation with clinical staff
when you install the application. Once established, you can adjust the settings as needed.
Note
Biomarker applications are not performed on Raw Synthesized 2D images.
Note
The BACS™ software application is no longer available.
To set Biomarkers options:
1.
Consult with the site clinical staff to determine the settings.
2.
Click
Biomarkers
. The Processing screen appears.
3.
Select the 'Apply Quantra' check box.
Note
At least one algorithm option must be selected and licensed.
4.
Uncheck the 'Apply Breast Arterial Calcification (BAC)' check box.
5.
Select the desired Quantra output for Combo/ComboHD.
