Result Formats
The result format options are explained below:
Note
When both conventional 2D mammography and synthesized 2D images are sent to a
Cenova server for a ComboHD study, the Cenova server will produce two different
(mutually exclusive) ImageChecker CAD outputs for each selected output format.
Note
When both conventional 2D mammography and Raw Projection images are sent to the
Cenova server for a Combo or ComboHD study, the Cenova server will produce one set
of Quantra results (2D or 3D) for each selected output format, per Biomarkers
configuration.
Note
When both synthesized 2D and Raw Projection images are sent to the Cenova server for
a ComboHD or TomoHD study, the Cenova server will produce two different
Mammography CAD SR: one for ImageChecker CAD results and one for Quantra
results.

SR – CAD.
This Structured Report (SR) format provides only ImageChecker CAD
(2D) results.
•
SR– BM.
This Structured Report (SR) format provides only Hologic Imaging
Biomarker results.
•
SR – CAD+BM.
This format provides both ImageChecker CAD (2D) and Biomarker
results. For conventional digital mammography images, ImageChecker CAD (2D)
and Biomarker results are combined in a single SR. For synthesized 2D images, the
SR contains only ImageChecker CAD results. For Raw Projection images, the SR
contains only Biomarker results.

5.x SR – CAD.
This format provides backward compatibility with previous releases
of ImageChecker 5.x products. The 5.x format provides only ImageChecker CAD
(2D), RightOn, and PeerView Digital support. This format is used for most non-
Hologic workstations.
•
RTSS – CAD.
This Radiotherapy Structure Set (RTSS) CAD results format was
developed specifically for GE review workstations. These workstations display
ImageChecker CAD (2D) marks, but do not support the advanced ImageChecker
CAD (2D) features. In earlier ImageChecker CAD (2D) software versions (5.x and
8.1), the RTSS format was labeled ‘CAD DICOM Int’.

SC – CAD.
This Secondary Capture (SC) image format provides ImageChecker CAD
(2D) results for workstations that do not support Mammography CAD SR.

SC – BM.
This Secondary Capture (SC) image format provides Biomarker results for
workstations that do not support Mammography CAD SR.
