Verify that the redundant server is working properly. If you have installed a
redundant server, repeat steps 1–7 for the redundant server (see
on page 79).

Contact the TAC to verify your system is online and TAC has connectivity.

Verify, sign, date, and fax or e-mail the License File Verification Report. Field
Engineers should either:

Fax the report to the fax number listed on the License File Verification Report.
•
E-mail the report to the address listed on the License File Verification Report.

Communicate any issues. If you cannot verify that the system is running correctly,
contact the TAC at
. In your e-mail, briefly describe the issue
and provide the clinic name and location (city, state, zip).
