TOOLS POST GROUP:

CAP. 4. TRANSPORTATION, PUT ON SERVICE AND USE
WORK PLACES AND OPERATORS TASKS
As described in the instructions manual for the use, the machine is designed to be driver from an operator
trained and qualified on the residual risks, but with the competences, in matter of safety, of the maintenan-
ce employees.
The work normal zone of the operator is:
1. The machine lateral zone near the loading mouths
(defined loading zone) in functioning normal con-
ditions for the manual loading operations of the
food product and during the pestle use to convey
the food product within the machine neck, with the
fixed and mobile shelters in closed and blocked
position;
2. The machine anterior zone near the food product
loading zone in functioning normal conditions for
the manual withdraw of the food product stored in
an appropriate container, with the fixed and mobi-
le shelters in closed and blocked position.
