UNBLOCK IN CASE OF STUMBLING BLOCK
During the working, or during the tool rotation, due:
• to the feed products introduction with not homo-
geneous parts,
• to the excessively hard and dry products introduc-
tion, the machine could block.
The same situation can determine after an electric
feeding damage, or when the machine is stopped
with the feed product inside it.
To resume normally the working the discs must be
removed:
the disassembly must follow the pre-
scriptions previously indicated.
CAP. 5. MAINTENANCE, DAMAGES RESEARCH AND CLEANING
MAINTENANCE MAN REQUIREMENTS
With the word “
maintenance
” it must not be intend-
ed only the periodic check of the machine normal
functioning but also the analysis and the consequent
remedy of all those causes that for any reason put it
out of service. It is absolutely necessary that for the
activities of
maintenance, cleaning, parts change
and damages research
performed from the user,
this task is entrusted to skilled people
, competent
and authorized from the employer.
All operations of
maintenance, cleaning and parts
change
, none excluded, must be peremptorily per-
formed with the machine completely stopped and
insulated from the external feeling sources.
MAINTENANCE PRESCRIPTIONS
SHELTERS REMOVAL AND/OR PROTECTION DEVICES
For some intervention of the present
charter, it is
necessary to remove from their position some
fixed shelters
.
The removal can happen only from the maintenance
man.
At the end of the interventions, these shelters must
be replaced and blocked in their original position,
with the fastening systems that were foreseen be-
fore the intervention.
The maintenance responsible must deactivate completely the machine
, as here follow showed, before to
proceed to the fixed shelter removal and/or to the element change.
INSULATION FROM THE EXTERNAL FEEDING SOURCES
Before to perform any operation of
maintenance, cleaning and parts change
, the external feeling sources
must be dissected and insulated.
Position to “zero” the protection device placed to the
bottom of the electric equipment feeding line.
Disconnect the general sectioning device and pro-
vide to protect the plug with appropriate systems
