1. Loosen the adjustment screw on the outer frame
and remove the inner frame.
2. Place the outer frame on flat table.
3. Set the fabric over the outer frame.
Place the inner frame on the fabric and adjust the
position. The outer frame and the inner frame both
have “I” mark on the surface. Align the “I” mark of
each. Press the inner frame from upward until the
frames are even height.
4. Tighten the adjusting screw slightly and pick up the
slack from fabric by pulling the fabric edge.
Tighten the screw securely.
NOTE:
This procedure for hooping stays the same for the
other type of frames.
